Bruja’s Flame Candle Co. ships hand-poured ritual flames, altar candles, and magical goods with care and intention. Each order is prepared, packed, and sent with the same reverence used in its creation.

We currently ship within the United States only. As our coven grows, the flame will travel further — international shipping coming soon.

🕯️ Processing Time

Each candle is hand-poured, ritually charged, and crafted to order in small batches. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Slow magic takes time — and it’s worth the wait.

  • Orders $65 and over: Free shipping anywhere in the U.S., U.S. territories, and military (APO/FPO). Use code FLAMAFREE 🔥

  • Orders under $65: $10 flat-rate shipping. No surprises — just your ritual tools on their way.

  • Bruja Wear and accessories: Ship separately and are made to order through trusted fulfillment partners.

  • Orders ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the safest available route.

  • Tracking information is provided once your order leaves our studio.

  • Estimated delivery time: 3–10 business days after dispatch.

📦 Multiple Shipments

Some items — such as Bruja Wear and some accessories — are produced separately and may arrive in multiple packages. This ensures each item arrives protected and ready for use.

📬 Special Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and all valid U.S. addresses supported by our carriers.

🔥 Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package is marked as delivered but has not arrived:

  1. Check with your local carrier or post office.
  2. Allow up to 14 business days for U.S. deliveries or 30 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.
  3. If the package is still missing, contact us via our Contact Page with your order number and tracking information. We’ll review the situation for a possible replacement.
