We currently ship within the United States only, but as our candle coven grows, the flames will reach further — international shipping coming soon.

Each candle is hand-poured, charged, and crafted to order in small, sacred batches. Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). A little patience only adds to the magic. ✨

🚚 Carriers, Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Orders $65 and over: Free shipping ANYWHERE in the U.S., territories, and military (APO/FPO) — the flame travels wherever your magic lives, use code: FLAMAFREE 🔥

  • Orders under $65: $10 flat-rate shipping. No surprises, no tricks — just your ritual treasures on their way. 🕯️

  • Apparel and accessories: Ship separately at their own timelines. These items are made to order and fulfilled through trusted partners to ensure the highest quality.

  • Your order will ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx — whichever provides the safest route to your altar.

  • Tracking information is provided once your items begin their journey.

  • Typical delivery time: 3–10 business days after dispatch.

📦 Multiple Shipments

Some treasures — like apparel and accessories — are crafted to order and may arrive separately from your candles. This ensures every magical piece reaches you intact and ready for ritual use.

📬 Special Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and any valid U.S. address our carriers accept.

🔥 Lost or Delayed Packages

Sometimes even magic can be delayed. If your order is marked delivered but hasn’t appeared:

  1. Contact your local post office or carrier first.

  2. Wait 14 business days for U.S. packages or 30 business days for Alaska, Hawaii, and territories.

  3. If still missing, reach out through our contact page with your order number and tracking info, and we’ll review for a possible replacement.
