RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Bruja’s Flame Candle Co. creates hand-poured ritual flames, altar candles, and magical goods in small batches. Each piece is crafted with care and inspected before shipping to ensure it arrives ready for ritual use.

All candles are poured with intention and inspected before shipping to ensure quality. However, we understand that accidents can happen during transit.


❌ We Do Not Accept Returns or Exchanges

Due to the handmade and ritual nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless your candle arrives damaged.


🔁 Damaged or Broken Items

If your candle arrives damaged, we’re happy to send a replacement of the same style, color, and scent.

To qualify for a replacement:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  2. Message us through our Contact Page.
  3. Provide clear photos of the damage.
  4. Keep the candle unused and unlit.

You have 14 days from delivery to submit damage evidence for a replacement to be processed. We do not issue refunds for damaged items — replacements only.


✋ Custom or Made-to-Order Items

Custom and made-to-order ritual candles are final sale. Each piece is created specifically for you and cannot be returned or refunded unless damaged in transit.

🚚 Shipping Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the order is incorrect or arrives damaged.

Orders $65 and over: ship free within the U.S., U.S. territories, and military (APO/FPO).
Orders under $65: $10 flat-rate shipping.
Bruja Wear and accessories: ship separately at their own timelines.
