🕯️ What makes your candles different?
Our creations are hand-poured ritual flames — not mass-produced decor. We use a premium beeswax–soy–coconut blend formulated for a clean, slow, intentional burn. Each candle is crafted as a ritual tool, altar candle, and energetic ally for brujas who understand the power of flame.

🔥 Why don’t your candles burn evenly?
Because real magic doesn’t behave. These are intuitive, energy-driven flames. Natural wax blends, sculpted forms, and ritual use can create drips, wax pools, and movement. This is normal for ritual and altar candles and often embraced in divination and spellwork.

🐈 Are they safe for pets or children?
Our candles are made with non-toxic, natural ingredients. However, fire is wild and sacred. Always burn responsibly and never leave a candle unattended — especially around familiars or little humans.

💫 Do your candles carry intention?
Yes. Every candle is ritually prepared and energetically charged — whether for protection, clarity, love, abundance, or transformation. The candle is a tool; the magic comes alive through you.

✨ Custom designs or spell candles?
Yes, bruja. We offer custom ritual candles and special commissions when availability allows. Reach us through our Contact Page and we’ll discuss what the flame calls for.

📦 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Orders of $65+ ship free within the United States, U.S. territories, and military APO/FPO addresses. Orders under $65 ship at a $10 flat rate.

✈️ Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. Our ritual candles are currently shipped within the U.S. only. International shipping will be announced when the circle expands.

💜 Returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is custom-poured and ritually sealed, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your candle arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days with photos and we will make it right.

🌒 I’m new to witchcraft. Can I still use these candles?
Yes. Magic is not a title — it is intention. Our ritual flames are suitable for beginners and experienced practitioners alike. If you feel called to the flame, you already belong.
